Are you clear about where you are heading?

Examples of a clear target of your personal progress:

  1. I will feel like i’m making progress when my old jeans fit me.
  2. I will feel like i’m making progress when I look back on my calendar after 3 months and i have 24 workouts completed.
  3. I will feel like i’m making progress when i look back on my scoreboard and see all 12 weeks filled out.
  4. I will feel like i’m making progress when I walk up or down the stairs and not feel pain.
  5. I will feel like i’m making progress when I finish my dinner and no longer impulsive eat more.
  6. I will feel like i’m making progress when I feel myself 80% full and stop eating.
