THE NF Sports Strength & Personal Training STORY
Story
NF Sports Strength was started in August of 2019 by Nick Ferdinand.
Nick first started the business as a part time service and subleasing space out of a local baseball facility “D1 baseball academy” in Huntingdon valley. Here he primarily serviced high school and college baseball players who wanted to get stronger for their season. The COVID pandemic in March of 2020 forced Nick to relocate back to his home garage to run the business. Although tough times, Nick used this as an opportunity to go all in and expand his customer base from not just athletes but men & women 40s plus. Fast forward to August of 2021, the business was growing and a bigger space was needed. NF Sports strength & personal training opened its doors at 290 bristol pike, croydon pa and have not looked back since.
What we do
We are a (6 to 1 coach) Small group personal training gym where our certified coaches (coach Nick & coach Christian) will guide you through a 60 min workout session completely customized to you. The member will book their preferred day / time to workout and each session time slot is capped at 6 members. This small group personal training model allows for more individual attention then BIG GROUP Training and is more affordable then 1-1 personal training.

The NF Sports Strength values are THINK – SPEAK – DO and what this means is getting your thinking, speaking and doing ALL in ALIGNMENT. Sure you can think you wanna get into shape and you can speak to others about it but if you’re not DOING it then you’re out of alignment. The magic is getting these three values in ALIGNMENT.
