I am a junior soccer player, and i needed help with my strength and endurance. I search around for different gym closer to my area. What attracted me was the personal touch aspect and After a couple weeks of training here, the level of attention, care and organisation that the coaches provided here was top notch.
I recommend any athletes, or man and women who are looking to build and create personal goals to be here. Seek no further and i highly recommend to stick around for the long term.

I am a high school girls lacrosse player, going to college next year on scholarship to play and I never worked out before.
I originally came to the gym to learn how to workout and prepare for the college workouts.
I’ve been training here for the last 2 months and felt like I’ve gained more confidence, strength, and comfortability around the weight room.
I am learning the proper techniques on how to squat, bench press, deadlift, and building up my core so I can become more injury resistant.
I reccomend training at NF Sports Strength to any high school athlete who wants to prepare for the next level.

Giving five stars all around to NF Sports Strength & Personal Training! Such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Since joining NF Sports I have learned the importance of Strength Training for our body. Previously coming from a commercial gym and working out myself without any guidance I was finding myself with lots of aches and pains after my workouts. I was one of those people that needed to sweat and constantly push myself more in order to feel like I actually worked out! After joining NF Sports for over 8 months I have never felt stronger and my body feels amazing with no aches and pains. I was skeptical at first and wasn’t sure if I would be able to get the results that I wanted but with time I saw my body transform into a leaner version of what I envision for myself.
Another thing I appreciate from NF Sports is the constant education they offer. Education is key in living a healthy lifestyle and NF Sports does an amazing job teaching their clients.
Very grateful to be part of this team. Thank you NF Sports for all that you offer.
