Having trouble falling asleep?

Lifestyle Tip #4 – Try this 5 Senses “Winding down” Routine
This is my go to “wind down” routine. I tend to be a bit of a night owl so winding down can be challenging for me.
After reading books, speaking with sleep coaches, trial and error. I have found a routine that works for me and maybe It will work for you.
Sight – Dim the lights and wear Blue light blocking glasses
Taste – Drink calming tea (chamomile tea w/ honey)
Touch -Take a Hot Shower
Smell – Light a “Lavender” candle or incense
Hear – Listen to Relaxing music (Ocean, Rain,Wind Sounds)
