Are you training your delayed gratification muscles?

Mindset #8 – The “Time” Lag Effect
The “Time” Lag Effect is a DELAY in seeing results. You do the actions, you do the actions, you do the actions, then you have to wait to see the results.
This is where 99% of all people (myself included) who set out to reach a goal, fail.
People who DON’T train their Hope,Trust, Faith Muscles
They do not see immediate results
They FEEL frustrated
They THINK about how much of a loser they are
They FOCUS on that bullshit Story
They DECIDE to say screw it and give up.
Try this instead…
They do not see immediate results
They FEEL frustrated
They THINK about how much of a loser they are
They EXERCISE and change state
They REFRAME the story and flex their Muscles
They DECIDE to Flex their Delayed gratification, HOPE,FAITH,TRUST muscles
