Nutrition Tip #1 – Win the Breakfast
When it comes to winning the nutrition game it’s all about setting the game up for you to win.
If you’re fed with nutritious foods within the first hour of waking you’re less likely to be hungry and binge on junk foods (junk foods are dangerous because they are high calorie, low satiation meaning you want more and more of it.)
.It’s making sure you’re fed BEFORE you go into a grocery store, gas station, fast food market, etc. (setting the game up for you to win)
It’s making sure you eat something before you leave for the day because then you’re less likely to make a less desirable decision.
Control what you can control and Winning the BREAKFAST is something you can control.
It’s a domino habit and that’s why I recommend it!
Eat protein rich foods, whole grain, fibrous foods, fruits that keep you full! If you are full you’re less likely to eat junk foods!
