If you’re like me when I am in a low energy mood, I tend to focus on
what’s wrong , and I often will complain about it to whoever is around. It’s a pattern. It’s my way of trying to increase my mood . Make myself feel better. Sometimes it works, sometimes I feel worse.


It wasn’t until I learned this principle from Tony Robbins about
what controls your emotions.


Is it possible to control your emotions? I don’t know but all I know is when
I Exercise  and get my body moving, there’s a shift in my mood , what I’m focusing on and what i’m saying.


It’s a skill that can be trained. It’s a healthier way to make yourself feel better.
