– Track your calorie intake daily using an (MY FITNESS PAL). After each week log your 7day average. This app will generate your weekly average and make it easy to record each week.

– Track your daily steps by using an pedometer on your phone, apple watch, or fitbit. This device wil lgenerate a weekly average of your steps. After each week log your totals.
