Blog #55 – Permission to yourself

Give yourself permission to think,say and act like the person you want to be

Often we like to wait around for someone to tell us / give us permission to do something and in a lot of cases to be the person we really want to be.

We may be intimidated, scared, and may even feel unworthy of being the person we want to be. These are all delusional thinking patterns designed to protect us from FUTURE DANGER . Because if we are staying in our comfort zone we are safe but if we are unhappy with our current comfort zone because were not keeping our promises. The critic in our mind will start to take center stage. The critic will call you out on your bullshit.

Then we will start to listen and agree with the critic because it is right and we know it. Then we don’t feel deserving of the life we really want. Then we don’t feel deserving to think, speak and act like the person we want to be.

Lets change this pattern and challenge the critic.

Give yourself permission to THINK like the person you always wanted to be.

Give yourself permission to SPEAK like the person you always wanted to be.

Give yourself permission to ACT like the person you always wanted to be.

When these are in alignment, self esteem and self confidence are turned on and ready to go. Its a different kind of confidence its a “i know I’ve been doing the work and DESERVING of the rewards – type of confidence.”
