Here are 3 ways that I like to use to down regulate:
#1 – Float Tank
The float tank is a over sized bath that you lay in. The water is filled with Epsom salt and is completely dark. It is a sensory deprivation experience. This means your senses of sight, hear, and feel are deprived.
#2 – Cold Therapy
The Cold bath or shower is my favorite go to relax. Spending as little as 2 minutes in the cold tub will do the trick.
#3 – Hot Therapy
This is spending time in the Sauna, Hot tub or hot shower.
