Momentum? Is it on your side?

WHAT you are NOW is a result of WHAT you did 5 years ago and the habits the stuck around since then.
What does this mean? Well lets look at 5 years ago and answer these questions:
Habits check in:
- How did you spent your waking hours? What were you doing 80% of the time?
- Who did you spent your time with? Who did you hang around 80% of the time?
- Where you were? Where did you go 80% of the time?
- Did you have any goals, direction or a purpose you were on?
- Were you doing things ON PURPOSE or just going with the flow?
Answering these questions may be difficult at firs but they are worth asking because it will open your eyes to what you were ACTUALLY doing.
The 5 years may seem like a and arbitrary number but if you really reflect back on the things you were doing the habits you started or didn’t start things start to COMPOUND. We are trying to have MOMENTUM work in our favor.
MOMENTUM can work in your favor by identifying the SMALL DECISIONS in your life that produce a huge result.
SMALL DECISIONS THAT HAVE A HUGE IMPACT:
- Having a bedtime routine that you look forward to rather than dreading it. (eg. leaving your phone in another room, putting on relaxing music, take a hot shower, drink hot tea, drink magnesium,
What is the simple definition of momentum?
momentum, product of the mass of a particle and its velocity. Momentum is a vector quantity; i.e., it has both magnitude and direction. Isaac Newton’s second law of motion states that the time rate of change of momentum is equal to the force acting on the particle. See Newton’s laws of motion.
Newton’s laws of motion relate an object’s motion to the forces acting on it. In the first law, an object will not change its motion unless a force acts on it. In the second law, the force on an object is equal to its mass times its acceleration. In the third law, when two objects interact, they apply forces to each other of equal magnitude and opposite direction.

Momentum can be a dangerous law if your unaware because years can go by and you may not even realize the path you are going down.
