12 Lessons I Learned

- You may set out with a vision on how you like things to go but don’t make yourself so RIGID and SET in YOUR WAYS to THAT EXACT VISION. Keep your eyes open because opportunities may be right in front of you.
- People in general like to have a structure to their weeks in order to schedule their lives around.
- Working with coaches has saved me a lot of time. (finance coaches, strength coaches, therapists) Im going to keep working with them.
- Imperfectly Doing is a great motto.
- Planning ahead is a great habit. Planning ahead or being proactive about your life reduces my anxiety.
- Being a daydreamer is easy. Being a daydoer is hard. Do hard things life becomes easy.
- Adopt an Essentialist mentality. Instead of cramming everything in all the time. just do 1 thing or 2 things and be OK with the empty time. Less is more.
- Say no to 80% of things. Say Yes to the few essential highest leverage things that bring you the most joy, energy and impact for your life.
- Have a scoreboard for your business and personal goals.
- Going to bed before 9:30p and waking up before 6am is a DOMINO HABIT that increases productivity. When you keep showing up at those hours, you start to create your own luck.
- show up 15 minutes before scheduled events and appointments.
- Building up “MOMENTUM” and keeping it going is a secret to getting things done.
