Blog # 29 – Repeat Clean Meals

“More variety in your meals = more hungry”

I had a client ask me the other day about nutrition habits. If there is one nutrition habit I like the most its “REPEATING CLEAN MEALS” over and over again. The main reason I suggested this is because of the Satiation affects it has or feeling full. If your feeling full and satisfied you are less likly to indulge on other foods that are calorie dense like junk foods.

Find your super food meals. These are meals you enjoy eating that are unprocessed and have a balance of protein,carbs, fats. These meals leave you feeling full , satisfied and energized . Some superfood meals for me are:
SF MEAL – Steak, broccoli rabe, potatoe.
SF MEAL – Chicken wings grilled
SF MEAL – Chicken Thighs on the slow cooker, spinach, sweet potato
Often we like to OVER COMPLICATE nutrition and THINK it is something more MAGICAL and COMPLICATED then the basics of eating clean meals ovr and over again. Maybe we get bored on the routine, and want more variety. This is reasonable, however after 5,6 days of eating the same meals that you enjoy over and over it becomes your high performance habit.
