Training you need
“If you want something you’ve never had you must be willing to do something you’ve never done.” -Unknown
There are tons of free resources online, on youtube, in magazines, and they might promise to make you stronger or give you six pack abs.
The truth is, to be successful in baseball, you need to train like a baseball player. While these workouts may help your overall fitness, they are broad, general, and won’t prepare you for the demands of such an intense and competitive sport like baseball.
Because it’s not just about the appearance of being physically fit- but the skills and training you need to ultimately be successful in the game.
Specific baseball training and programming not only considers an athlete’s age, capabilities, and goals, but focuses on the fundamentals of sports training, targets game-specific muscles, includes active recovery, and significantly reduces chances of injury most common in the sport.
So the question is, are you in it for the win?
Your Results
- Mobility for top speed and agility
- Harder hitting at bat
- Faster sprinting across bases
- Total body balance for power output and energy efficiency
- Increased muscle
- Decreased body fat
- Energy and explosiveness
- A (significantly) longer career
Most importantly, establishing a training routine and working with your coach will put you in the right headspace for some serious changes.
Putting together the physical and the mental work will give you the ultimate force to be reckoned with: confidence.

Don’t Do it Alone
If you practice something the right way 100 times, congratulations, you’re making gains.
If you practice something the WRONG way 100 times- you’re in trouble. You have just created a habit that you need to break. So that’s 100 times breaking the habit and another 100 times to get it right (at least).
Sports performance is not a guessing game. It’s a science.
Working with your sports coach will give you serious training with serious results so you can get it right the first time.
